Dr Yuri MBBS, MRCGP, PhD, PgD is a highly experienced Hair Transplant Surgeon with more than 20 years experience in medicine.
Since beginning his medical career, he developed a passion for medical aesthetics and hair restoration surgery. He has worked in various surgical specialities and undertaken multiple surgical courses in aesthetic medicine, general surgery, trauma & orthopaedics and emergency medicine. His background in general surgery has provided him with years of hands-on experience dealing with a variety of medical procedures and dermatological conditions. Dr Varta MBBS, MSc is a highly experienced Hair Transplant Surgeon with more than 10 years experience in medicine. Dr Varta specialises in hair transplantation for men and women using modern and advanced techniques for more than five years. She works with a team of three/four assistants utilising the only state-of-the-art technology. She prefers to perform only one, high-volume hair transplant surgery per day, a "Megasession", during which up to 3,500 grafts can be transplanted. In this way, the need for multiple sessions is eliminated, saving the patient both time and money, as well as offering more satisfactory and natural results.

A form of injectable tattoo, this treatment option creates thousands of tiny tattoos across the scalp, to present the illusion of hair follicles in place of baldness. By inserting the needle into the dermal layer of the skin across the scalp, micropigmentation imitates the appearance of individual hair follicles in a way that can be completely controlled to present the ideal aesthetic finish. Crucially, this treatment is for those who want to mimic the look of a freshly shaved head, understanding that this treatment does not stimulate growth or create the effect of longer hair.

Non-Surgical Solutions
Your body contains a chemical called DHT which is derived from testosterone. When these levels become too high, the DHT starts to attack hair follicles, causing you hair to miniaturise until it is so thin it’s no longer visible. However, because the hair is still there, it’s difficult if not impossible to conduct a full hair transplant into the gaps.
