Mesotherapy is popular with clients because it is quick, non-invasive, and allows them to go about their daily routine straight after treatment.
While mesotherapy is a treatment which naturally stimulates and promotes hair growth, the process does take much longer than some other hair transplant techniques. Clients will find that they have to return for frequent visits to the clinic if they want visible results, with treatments typically lasting up to 30 minutes each. This time will depend on the area of treatment and the amount of hair loss which is being experienced, as this impacts the amount of substance that needs to be circulated. A single session will typically use around 30-40 injections.
Following the mesotherapy procedure, it is recommended that clients maintain a healthy diet and drink plenty of water to ensure their nutrient levels remain high enough to support the healthy growth of hair.

Is mesotherapy right for me?
- While there are no serious reported side effects of mesotherapy, some do report minor swelling and pain following their treatment - likely as a result of irritation from the injection rather than the treatment substance itself.
- Not every client will see the same results, and so a straight comparison between clients is not always possible or effective. The result time can also vary, with most seeing results sometime within the first few months of treatment while others may take longer.
- Mesotherapy is also not suitable for those who are taking any anticoagulant medication, who suffer from any scalp infections, who have diabetes or a kidney problem, or who are pregnant.
